SEMA 2.1: Web-platform dedicated to epitope prediction and analysis

Аннотация

Vaccine development represents one facet of bioinformatics or in silico research, encompassing computational methodologies like mathematical, chemical, and biological analyses, which are also commonly employed in drug development. Computational methods are particularly interesting for predicting T-cell and B-cell epitopes of the antigen responsible for stimulation of cellular and humoral immune responses. The AI revolution and the development of large protein language models allowed the development of a new set of models for this task. This discussion aims to introduce SEMA 2.0, a platform dedicated to B-cell epitope prediction and analysis.SEMA 2.0 offers a comprehensive suite of research tools for predicting conformational B-cell epitopes based on both sequence and structural data.
